MISSION

Sourcing private and public funding to increase the supply of affordable quality supportive housing programs that will improve the quality of life of the disabled, elderly and homeless persons.

WE INVEST IN OPPORTUNITY ZONES

Opportunity Zones are census tracts that are economically-distressed communities where new investments may, under certain conditions, be eligible for preferential federal tax treatment or preferential consideration for federal grants and programs. They were added to the Internal Revenue Service tax code in 2017.

Work We Do Myafribz Invest In Real Estate 

We purchase, construct and rehabilitate residential single and multifamily housing units as permanent supportive ready to move in housing units for disabled, elderly and homeless persons.

These ready to move in permanent supportive housing units are then leased as private residences that may take a variety of forms provided they still afford individuals receiving services with access to the community and improved quality of life. 

A private residence may be a single-family home, apartment, rental unit, or any other space in the greater community. Private residences where the individual receiving services pays for part or all of the lease costs with the assistance of federal, State, or local funding such as subsidies or vouchers .

 

Process
OUR GOAL IS TO SOURCE PUBLIC & PRIVATE  FUND TO INCREASE THE SUPPLY OF AFFORDABLE QUALITY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE DISABLED, ELDERLY AND HOMELESS  PERSONS.
